Responsibilities:
1. 2. Make shift handover 15 minutes in advance, fully understand the work situation of the previous shift, and truthfully fill in the handover record;
3. Be responsible for the daily management of machines, protective devices, safety devices and fire-fighting equipment. If any hidden danger is found, it should be solved in time and recorded. In case of an accident, it is necessary to organize rescue immediately, protect the scene, and assist in accident handling;

Responsibilities:
1. Before starting the machine, check whether the machine is running normally. If there is a fault, first see whether it can be solved by itself. If it can't be solved, report to the workshop director in time;
2. Before production, first adjust the rules with waste products, and then take the semi-finished products to check whether they are consistent with the sample book, so as to prevent the occurrence of wrong page and inaccurate drawing connection;
3. Before mass production, work out a book to check whether the rules are properly adjusted, whether there are bias, missing nails, knife marks, scratch, more pages, less pages and wrong pages on the cover, and then find the leader on duty to sign for confirmation and compare with the sample book for confirmation;
4. In the production process, pay attention to the occurrence of many pages, few pages, wrong pages and all the above problems, and remind the assistant to check whether there is less order, broken order and rubbing phenomenon from time to time; Check the quantity accurately; Fill in the product identification card carefully and deliver it to the next process;
5. During the normal operation of the machine, non local operators are not allowed to operate the machine to avoid personal safety accidents and product quality accidents;
